Platinum Membership is $29.95 per month. As a Platinum Member, you are guaranteed service within 24 hours. You pay only for parts. Two maintenance calls each year, one each heating and cooling season. The purpose is to inspect and to advise you of any needed repair. (No repairs are made without your approval), to prevent breakdown and maintain efficiency. You pay only for parts. And 100% of your unused credit balance may be applied to a new heating or cooling system.

 

Gold Membership is $19.95 per month. As a Gold Member, you are guaranteed service within 48 hours. You pay only a $19.95 service fee per service call plus parts. Two maintenance calls each year, one each heating and cooling season. The purpose is to inspect and to advise you of any needed repair. (No repairs are made without your approval), to prevent breakdown and maintain efficiency. You pay only for parts. And 100% of your unused credit balance may be applied to a new heating or cooling system. And 100% of your unused credit balance may be applied to a new heating or cooling system.

 

Silver Membership is $12.95 per month. As a Silver Member, you are guaranteed two maintenance calls each year, one each heating and cooling season. The purpose is to inspect and to advise you of any needed repair. (No repairs are made without your approval), to prevent breakdown and maintain efficiency. You pay only for parts.

 

Your membership guarantees appointments, provides valuable service and discounts on repairs, and allows you to apply a portion of your accumulated monthly unused due toward the purchase of special services or even a complete replacement system. You are guaranteed at all times that repairs are fixed right.

 

Regular service of your equipment can save you thousands of dollars over time in energy costs. As much as 30% per year. Regular service can extend the life of your system. Your membership will pay for itself year after year.

They provide steady, dependable performance year round comfort when properly maintained. Good systems are quiet, long-lasting and low in service needs.

 

In the US, although the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has mandated the R-22 (Freon) along with other hydrochlorofluorcarbons (HCFC’s) be phased-out, few window-mounted air conditioners are available that use R-410A. As an alternative to window-mounted systems, a ductless “split” system can be had with R-410A refrigerant, and can be installed with a 3” hole through the wall (or window opening). In order to meet the reduction in use of ozone-depleting chemicals that Congress laid out in the Clean Air Act of 1990, the U.S. EPA expects to pass further laws before 2010 to reduce allocations of R-22 and other ozone-depleting chemicals.
